Vaastu commercial require proper analysis and orientation of business house, here are some tips

A. OFFICES

1.East facing office is considered good
2.water source or resource must be kept in NE corner.
3.waiting room must be placed in NE or NW.
4.reception counter should be NE
5.NE corner should be kept empty.
6.temple should in NE
7.for executive and other staff members NORTH or EAST are best.
8.the owners face must be towards NORTH direction only.
9.locate the stairs in SW corner.should not be in center place as it is related to bramhasthana.

B.SHOPS/SHOWROOMS

1.the owner should sit facing towards EAST or NORTH.
2.computer,electrical & electronic equipment s must be in SE quadrant.
3.take a precaution that doors and windows of showrooms would no make noise.
4.entrance should from EAST or NE corner.
5.do not keep dieties in NE corner.
6.heavy goods must be placed in SW corner.

C. COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

1.the land/plot slope must be towards NORTH or EAST.
2.the shape of building must be regular
3.trees,lawns,planters must be in SW.
4.staircase should be SW and be careful that it should not be anti clockwise.
5.toilet location must be in NW.
6.the temple must be constructed in center of building or premises.

D.HOTELS

1.the location and the plot of hotel must have facing at least two facing roads to NORTH or EAST.
2.a NORTH or EAST portion must be kept opened or vacant at the time of construction.
3.the location of kitchen should be in SE corner.
4. bed room location must be in SOUTH or EAST side.
5.kitchen must be on ground floor only.

E.HOSPITALS.

1.the patient room have larger and more windows on EAST facing walls
2.ICU & recovery rooms must have in SW quadrant.
3. operation theater must be in WEST portion of hospital side only.
4.store rooms should not be constructed on ground floors. direction is SW or WEST
